You missed my point. This isn't the first time this year that you've criticized the service. What I am asking is why you didn't give public commentary during any of our successful seasons? That is what takes away from your credibility.
You or anyone else is always welcome to post anything about the service on this forum, and likewise I will dispute anything I believe isn't accurate.
Criticizing doesn't necessarily mean someone is wrong and someone's opinion isn't misinformation. I wasn't around for any of your good years except for college football this year and paid zero attention to a service far out of my price range at the time. I'll let it go, good luck going forward. BTW- this is the most you've posted in a day all year, if anything I can say I got that accomplished.
