Exact same thing happened to me. Both of the plays were visible upon release but were taken off immediately. They came back once the line had moved 1.5pts.

Looks like pinny has flagged accounts for the CBB market and lines are immediately taken off the board after limit bet. My guess is that they do not enjoy the 3-5 limits bets come in.
edit: A similar thing happened about 3 weeks ago during CFB, I almost posted about it saying it was a bad omen for the upcoming CBB season. Then the next 2 weeks they did not apply the changes and same for first few days of CBB. May not be a permanent thing but who knows

Just watched the timestamp on the text and called in about one minute before what I assumed to be a release time and just asked the operator for various lines to games for 30-45 seconds before the text came in. Same way I did before with the countdown page. Maybe it's just me, but I don't see the advantage of the text system as opposed to the old countdown page. With the countdown page, I knew exactly when the play would be revealed.

Are you trying anything different? Book? Phone/Online? Method for receiving picks? Some e-mail/text providers are faster than others, etc. Worth doing some experimenting.
I wouldn't expect anything to change if just doing the same thing every day. May have to consider a refund.
