Does it make a difference if the home dog is also ranked?

Lots of home dogs vs ranked teams tonight!

    Minnesota +8
    TCU +8
    Alabama +3.5

LSU and Clemson are both -1 but that may flip before tip...

Thanks Coops. I tend to stay away from games unless they are +2 or better so unless there is a big change I would skip LSU and Clemson. I didn't get an answer but I beleive when I first heard about this trend a couple years ago it was a ranked road favorite against an unranked home dog.

I think you're right about against unranked home dog. In that scenario you're generally getting a handful of points, fans up for the game, and perhaps fav overlooking a little.
