Don't know if this helps any one, but I use it as one of my tools. I'm
sure if you do use it then you probably already have this info. but for
some of you that don't, maybe it will help in your handicapping.

Florida- LA Umpire is 8-16 to the under last 14
& 3-7 to under last 10
...
Toronto- Boston Umpire is 15-9 to over last 24
...
Oak- Balt Umpire is 7-15 to the under last 22
& 3-7 to the under last 10
...
Anahiem- TB Umpire is 2-8 to under last 10
...
Det- WSox Umpire is 7-3 to the over last 10
...
Seattle- KC Umpire is 14-6 to the over last 20
...
