Is 5Dimes Pinnacle's bitch?...

It seems like every single game, they are 0, 1, 2, or 3 points behind
Pinnacle in juice, no matter what. They NEVER have a better line than
Pinny unless you catch them in the 15 seconds between when they change the
line and Pinny changes it. Their line usually does move first, but
Pinnacle is always right behind them with a better line. Just a for
instance on today's games:

NYM (+148) at Pinny, (+146) at 5D
St. Louis (-141) at Pinny, (-143) at 5D
Florida (+106) at Pinny, (+104) at 5D
Milwaukee (-135) at Pinny, (-137) at 5D
Houston (-133) at Pinny, (-135) at 5D
San Diego (-126) at Pinny, (-129) at 5D
SF (-139) at Pinny, (-142) at 5D

I could go on and on. I don't know why this pisses me off, but it does. I
guess it's because I have accounts at both, and I can't get any value in
5Dimes' lines.

Do they have some type of affiliation with one another? Edward, you might
be able to answer that one.

5 Dimes is the red-headed step child of Pinnacle's, and I'm about to
drop-kick those bastards out the door. It's like they are scared to put
out their own F---ing lines. Get some balls. I'm out.

The practice is getting more and more common due to the growing number of
    arbitrage bettors.

Their are still advantages for having both accounts. The 5 cent overnight
line on baseball at 5Dimes is one that immediately comes to mind.

The two pluses for 5Dimes are the range of betting options, including many
obscure games that you will not see anywhere else and the abilitiy to
parlay basically everything. Their lines, though, are weak, as you point
out. What really pissed me off with them, was a one week stretch where
they graded 3 wagers incorrectly as losers when they were winners, then I
had to get in a argument with them after they claimed they had graded them
correctly. That was it for me with them. One other note....I haven't see
too many books that are slower than them on grading plays as well. Too
bad...I like the range of betting options and being able to parlay things
like tennis, etc, but the negatives just irritate me too much. AND....as
you point out, their lines are not any better than others, and worse than
    Pinny.

You can parlay totals and the SA money line if you wanted to at most
books....Maybe you mean parlay a single team total with something else. If
you play a decent amount of parlays, 5Dimes is great for putting any two
events together. Other than that, I don't see a ton from this book. Pinny
dominates them in about every other category.
