Aren't they implementing new rules for some of these lesser known tournaments? If so, does anyone know exactly which ones they'll be using?

Resetting fouls every 10 minutes. The 5th foul and beyond will be 2 FT's.

It's the same rule as women's college basketball adopted last year: playing the game in quarters and resetting the team fouls after each quarter marginally limits the total number of free throws which might limit scoring. On average in women's basketball this rule change resulted in a .2 reduction in FTs a game. So, the difference has been negligible.

They aren't playing quarters, still 20 minutes half's. They are just resetting the fouls on the fly at the 10 minute mark.

I don't get the need to mimic the nba, the 2 fan bases are totally different and a lot of people are pissed off the last 2 years.
