I forgot my passcode, so I had to create a new account. My old screen name was GooseSTL. This is the message I've been getting when I click on the link to reset passcode on my old account:

The address that you have used to request a new password is not valid. Please request a new password be sent to you by using this form.

Just wanted to let you know I'm not a new user, but created a new account and that there are issues with the link that is in the e-mail you send out. Thanks!!

We just tried sending a password reset request from the email address attached to GooseSTL, so it's possible you were trying with a different email address. Please email us at [email protected] letting us know what email address you were inputting and we'll investigate further.
