Their sports blogging websites name is,
"Dimaggio & Mantle"

Is there anything legally wrong with this? Are they suppose to pay for the right to use those two fellas names?

I think this is an individual state matter. I wouldn't lose any sleep over it and let the celeb's heirs hash it out.
