Is there value on und 4:30 in 1st score prop (ORE/CAL)

I had some time today so I looked up the last two seasons for games with totals higher than 75 and noted down at what time the first score occurred. There were 37 games where the closing total was higher than 75.
The results in these games were 24 under (4:30) and 13 over (4:30). Or 65% games have first score in under 4:30
We don't have a lot of data to look at but I will assume that with this total 14pts higher than the bottom of my range the results would be better if we had a large enough database to evaluate the time prop.
Also when betting we have to factor in the -140 on the under but overall I think the under will come out well ahead in the long run.
