Change to MLB record keeping guidelines

Since BM is dealing a dime line, please use lines from either there or Pinnacle like every other sport. 5Dimes is no longer needed as an exception for bases.

    Looks like I may have jumped the gun. If BM is going back to 20c overnights we'll go back to allowing 5Dimes (for baseball only).

    5Dimes is once again acceptable for baseball.
