Which major book has the most easiest & safest withdraw system, I've lost a lot of my locals & off shore accounts. Thank you to anyone who can assist!

Use blockchain to transfer in between this book and your bank account.

I personally have never had a problem with any online sports books. I wouldn't recommend using one with any grade lower than a C on SBR reviews. I have however used books with a C- and D+ and have gotten paid from both. I've never heard any issues with any of the big books such as bookmaker, betonline, 5Dimes. Hope this helps.

I'd say that the best bet these days is to use Bitcoin with someone like Bookmaker or 5Dimes.

There's another good site, based off betCRIS I believe.

Bitcoins are easy to buy, takes a few minutes of reading up on it...

It is just another type of currency. Like US Dollars is one, Great Britian pounds is another, etc. It has an exchange rate vs. other currencies. http://www.coindesk.com/price/

Bitcoins will go up in value vs USD or russian currency or any other money, because they are limited to 21million units ever. The concept is great, decentralized money and no one can control it, so over the long term as you play on these sites your money will be worth more. There are times with short term variance in value, however.

Just a heads up that Nitro saves your balance in bitcoin. So you will be very exposed to fluctuations in bitcoin prices. Most other sportsbooks will keep your balance in local currency, then just convert it to bitcoiin when you cash out.
