If the final decision was Gruden's I'd buy it. IMO, Snyder's gonna go down with RG3

Spot on Obi, Snyder loves RG3, Gruden doesn't. If Gruden had his way, RG3 wouldn't be his QB. The Skins have been a mess for a while now, I don't think Snyder is a good owner. The bottom line is, it's hard to have any type of success when the head coach doesn't like his QB. If you recall some of the comments Gruden made about RG3 last year, you just don't see a head coach talking about his QB the way Gruden did, the whole situation is a recipe for disaster
