If you were banking on history yesterday, a $100 bet on a 15-team parlay of all home teams would have paid $300,627.99.

And 13 (or 14 depending on when you got it) favs won. Really great for us dog players. I'm hiding in the back corner of the doghouse today.

This reminds me of an incident a few years ago @El Cortez when Jackie Gaughan was honcho. Young valet parking attendant would regularly parlay most of his tokes to all the AL home chalks minus a run and half. He finally hit one for a good 5figure score. After declining a safe deposit box in the hotel, he was robbed at gunpoint after cashing ticket outside in parking lot. The kid never recovered mentally from the loss. Left the state.

Yikes. Too bad he didn't park valet. I believe you can ask security guards to escort you to your car if you feel uncomfortable. Of course, that doesn't help you once you leave the parking lot. It seems like the best bet would be to go during a weekday or Saturday morning, get an escort and drive straight to the bank.

    Looks like someone did it.
At the William Hill sportsbook in the U.K., a 46-year-old punter from Dublin, Ireland turned £50 ($78.10) into £64,543 ($100,810) with a 15-leg parlay that featured every home team and two correlated round-robin wagers.
