Just noticed these, would have liked to have gotten in on that sergio/rory at -132, all the way up to -164 now

So far Im ahead on 3, and behind on 1. I kinda had a hunch I could get better odds on the Spieth/Reid matchup, but I didn't wait.

I think I need to learn how to bet through the API. The odds showed up in the XML feed first, and there were already some small moves before they were posted to the board on Pinny.

    Good luck this weekend.

Same 4 I played. No where near the lines you got.
Sergio/Rory getting out of hand -185/-200 at 2 of my spots.

    Good Luck

I got them in as close to open as I could.

Are you getting up early for the afternoon matchup lines? It doesn't sound that appealing to me right now, but the degenerate in me will drag my ass outta bed.

3 am or so PST , not a chance. I am still dreaming of 5 team parlays at that time.

And still not quite old enough that I wake up for a pee break.

    Disappointing afternoon plays.

The Mahan/Johnson play was the wrong side of my ranks, but I took a chance because the rankings for each team were only about 0.56 points apart.

this thing could be over early tomorrow. Euro team so far outclasses the usa this year and their confidence is only increasing. hope I'm wrong but again I would think euro puts some big guns out early to close this thing out.

Fat- what did you think about Keegan/Mickelson sitting out the afternoon foursome matches? Unreal. Mick tells Watson to put them out there and they will get the job done, Watson still denied them. Instead, we get to see Jim Furyk make a mess of himself again and Walker/Fowler running on fumes. Don't get me wrong, regardless, USA was totally outplayed in the afternoon, but at least go down with your best pairings out there.

I think I would have played mickleson/Bradley in the afternoon and sat rickie/walker. Those two should be pretty amped up (and rested) tomorrow. Maybe watson is banking on them getting two point tomorrow.

I wish I could get up and watch the first three matches tomorrow. Those are top notch matches!

i'll be up without a doubt watching these early matches. as expected the euros threw out 4 big dogs to open the singles. pray usa weathers that storm and makes it interesting atleast.

Watson was clueless which is par for the course for most U.S. captains. Sitting Bradley/Mickelson all day Saturday is mind boggling, as well as sitting Reed/Speith on Friday afternoon. Davis Love sitting Keeg/Mick last year, you just scratch your head. These are not tough decisions, but these brain dead captains find a way to screw it up. Would it have mattered, who knows, but at least give your team the best chance to win.

Phil never called out Watson, he said let's get back to doing the things that gave us the most success. I mean, they lost 8 out of the last 10!!
  • BigKahunaBigKahuna Banned

Bradley should not have even been on the team, that became obvious.
Mickelson spraying it all over the course. No choice but to sit them Saturday.
Yes he did call out Watson and that is also obvious to the world. Listen to it again.
Just a spoiled punk , that didn't like being benched.
Btw you r blaming the coach/captain for losses in golf ? Lmao
Let me tell you what most golfers say when someone bitches about losing- "play better".
  • jammerjammer Senior Member
    edited September 2014
I never blamed captain for the loss, as in any sport, game is won/lost on the field, and manager makes little difference. I said, give your team the best chance to win, and I don't feel Watson, or Love for that matter, did that. Again, this isn't brain science. Didn't like being benched? Of course he didn't!!

BRING BACK THE ZINGER!! Put a little life back into the cup!!

I don't think any captain could have helped usa win this one. Europe was loaded.
I just thought his comments right after the loss , with Watson sitting 10 feet away was just classless.

Wow disagree Euro was top heavy but awful at the bottom ie westwood, poulter, and stenson had a bad back.....Simpson begged watson to put him on the team the night before captain picks what a joke he was.

This guy agrees with you, although he felt Watson was absolutely clueless, as did many.
