    VA. has always been tough on illegal gambling. Both at state and federal levels. Wtf they shot and killed an alleged bookmaker while he was in his pajamas and slippers and being fully cooperative. Stonewalled the case until the parents of this victim received 2mill+ settlement from the Fairfax PD.

    I hate VA cops -- and law enforcement generally -- as much as the next guy, but this was all Feds.
