This is an idea that I came up with years ago, but that I never actually officially tried. As many people here know, I used to be a ticket writer in downtown Las Vegas. During that time, I discovered that the average sports bettor downtown is horrible. Not just horrible, but incapable of winning if they had tomorrow's newspaper bad. (That's got to be a misprint. They couldn't have won)
So, for my personal amusement, I have decided to start this thread. Here is the gist. Whenever I am downtown, I will find the squarest bettor I can and ask them for their best pick of the day. Then I will bet the other side at the best price I can.
Today's pick:
Ball State -21
The write-up given to me: "I bet Ball State because I just think they're like a lot better than Central Michigan."

The fade:
I bet $550 on Central Michigan. Was tempted to scoop up some +13 on the first half, but I can always double down on the second half.

    The contents of your thread are a "joke" there are some of us out here who take these threads seriously and use them. So if you are sending out messages that are bogus thoughts let us know so in the future I will by pass your threads and not open them up..

    Baylor -15
    the write-up: "I bet Baylor because they have a run and shoot offense, and they score A LOT of points."
    "Ok...and why else do you like them?"
    "That's it. They score A LOT of points."
    "You don't think that's factored into the line already?"
    "Not really. Trust me, they will score A LOT of points tonight."
