Hit on QB in the Cinn/Memphis Game

Holy Crap! I know they don;t want anyone to hit the QB in the head but did you see the hit the QB of Cinn just took on a blitz??? Looked like a LB or DB came of the left edge and hit him right after he released the ball...... he freaking lowered his head and hit the QB below the waist right in the crotch. They had to take a TO and the QB did not return for the next play. I don;t think I have seen a hit like that before...... dirty freaking hit it looked like to me by the Memphis blitzer...
