Would like some help on these NBA win totals

Here are a couple that stick out to me....

Pistons over 39
Minny Over 40
Orlando Under 23
Sixers Under 17.5
Suns Under 21.5
Wash Over 30

the 3 unders have some terrible rosters.. i think suns under right now is my favorite..
would love to hear what everyone thinks

I don't know a damn thing about win totals, but my initial reaction is that these all seem to be trendy picks. Bad teams going under and teams on the rise going over.
