Bookmaker Live betting

I've been dabbling in this live market for a few weeks now. I have no trouble at 5dimes or bookmaker or really any other site I use but the bookmaker live interface is killing me. I'll place a bet and sometimes it'll go thru, sometimes it comes back with you're allowed to bet $0(when I have no previous bets), sometimes it says you can only bet $XXX and the bet I'm trying to place is for exactly $XXX.
I guess I should talk to bookmaker but wanted to put this out there to see if any others familiar with this software ever have these problems.
Do they limit this stuff quickly?

try to stay away from making maximum wagers. I would use it as a golden rule with all offshore books.
