Your talking division rivals in the second game of the year. Statistically it should be lower than the first. They know each other well, and know each others playbooks. Since the last time they played (which was the first game of the season) a lot has changed. Giants look pretty sketchy on offense... Washington will play tough at home. I look for a low scoring game here. Hopefully a winner.
