How is it that these type coaches always get excuses made for them? This coach should have been fired along time ago. These type coaches are the SMART ones-RIGHT? If that is the case then why didn't this dumb ass run the ball on ND's last possession? I am almost positive if another type coach would have been criticized for such a basic blunder( Football 101).
Of course someone will make an excuse for Weis and give him another extension because He is almost there! Maybe that geriatric Lou Holtz can come back from the dead and revive that great university.
