or should I say their employees are incompetent. Stupid customer service rep tells me she's made changes after I informed her that my package was delivered today but according to their online traking, I refused the package. I never even saw the package.
What's even worse I call another customer service rep(a guy) 5 hours later to notify the facility to have the package redelivered tomorrow. The bitch I spoke to first was supposed to have done it. She even told me she notified the facility(which was a lie) So if I had'nt called and notified them again, the package would not have been redelivered. HEY WOMEN, IF YOU WANT EQUAL PAY, AT LEAST DO YOUR JOB PROPERLY.
Moral of the story: if you own a business, please hire competent workers or I will take my business elsewere.
