Both Stuckey and NRopp are certainly down for the season but probably not as much as those records indicate.

i double check the records of these guys daily with the account that also documents them, and they are pretty much spot on...yes, there is the occasional grading error, but they are usually quickly fixed
i'm well aware that the documenting twitter accounts have their own agenda, and he is taking advantage of the attention those accounts get due to Stuckey & Nropp being terrible. but the records are accurate...

The only discrepancy I've noticed is that he grades Stuckey's 5 point CBB teasers at -120, and you can get those at -110 at 5dimes (and I'd imagine other places as well).
