I'm afraid the end of the AFL as we knew it is nigh, Chuck. When Preds closed up shop, it marked the beginning. But hey, what about the budding Chinese AFL ;)

The ownership groups currently running the league are very stable and own the arenas (cheaper/no rent) and have infrastructure already in place to handle admin stuff like selling tickets. Leonsis can lose a few hundred thousand a year if there is long term chance of growth. The end may be near or this just may be the year the league found its true footing.

Will there be lines for arena games this year even though the league has shrunk? What about the indoor football league where some of last year's arena teams are playing?

Nance yes think they will still hang numbers up at limited shops. Mike surprised Kiss hung it up. Guess they figured they would limit their loses.

Grady, Stanley, and Bernard Morris are all on Washington roster. Pretty solid at qb.

Think Grady has announced he wont come to DC, Morris had retired, and not sure on Stanley. Hard to know who is gonna be their QB.
