Court strikes down N.J. sports betting law

New Jersey’s state law that leaves the state’s racetracks and Atlantic City casinos the option of offering privately-run, Las Vegas-style sports betting violates a 1993 federal law, a 12-judge U.S. Third Circuit Court of Appeals panel ruled on Tuesday.

    This country will never learn and it's always under the guise of protecting it's youth. How we doing so far. IDK maybe it's me but I would say not so good.:thumbdown2:

    I like the Nuclear option. Repeal all of their prohibitions on sports gambling.

    Doubt it can get enough support but would solve the problem once and for all. NFL and leagues would beg for Congress to provide some type of federal framework immediately.
