Ya this line has been pretty up and down. Prob is where it should be at this point. And most likely will go up again closer to game, Id guess. But what do I know.

    help me understand this:

    LSU -9.5
    Texas A&M +9.5

    Texas A&M +20
    Alabama -20

    Alabama +2.5
    LSU -2.5

    home field worth that much?

Actually here's how I analyze this:

    LSU -9.5 @ Texas A&M + (A&M's home advantage of 4.5) = LSU -14 on a neutral against A&M

    Alabama -20 v. Texas A&M - (Bama's home adv. of 5) = Alabama -15 on a neutral against A&M

= Alabama -1.0 over LSU on a neutral

    So

That means that LSU -2.5 is giving LSU a 3.5 point home advantage (+1.0 then add the 3.5 home advantage to make them a fav at -2.5)

Answer: Honestly, I think they are not giving LSU a large enough home advantage in this game based on their numbers.

LSU - 7.5 vs a&m looks really really light to me. cant see how a&m wont lose by double digits. Does anyone know who is going to QB for a&m?
