No personal experiences to share, but you could always fill out a complaint form at SBR if you feel it's warranted.

Customer Service not high on BOL's list, a friend got a no problem withdrawal after the superbowl, so they do pay. Have you tried the phone or live chat?

Not had a problem withdrawing money. Had a big issue with them concerning a rollover requirement.

Their customer service is the worst, and they regularly underestimate the time needed to payout, but they do pay. From what I recall from the initial deposit I made awhile back, their rollover is pretty high, but they calculated mine fine. Try contacting Dave Mason BOL on twitter, he is very responsive.

Not sure if we had similar problems. In late 2010 I deposited 5K because they had a great free play bonus promotion. I talked to the rep and verified multiple times that it was a 10X rollover. I said,"Just so we're clear. I need to make 50K in bets before I can take a withdrawal without a penalty" Fast forward to the end of college baskets in April 2011 and I tried to withdraw the $5500 that I had and I'm told I only made 52K in bets and I had to make 74,560 based on some convoluted formula. I talked to a supervisor who said they would listen to the tape of my initial conversation. After many phone calls and being jerked around I filed a complaint with SBR. They basically told me that the formula that was used is spelled out in their rules and I had no recourse. I said if thats the case what was the point of being told they would listen to what the rep had initially told me if they had no intention of changing their mind. Other than agreeing that it was horrendous customer service which they now do note on their site there was nothing I could do.
As much as I don't like to leave $ in sportsbooks when I'm not betting I left the $5500 in there until football season. In a case of good karma I ran the total up to 11K and withdrew 9K which was sent pretty quickly. I have since run the remaining 2K up to 15K which is where I stood going into this week.(Note:I'm not that smart. Its just one of those flukes. As sharp as BOL must think I am Heritage must think I'm a stone cold idiot. I'm surprised they don't send a limo to pick me up to make my deposits.)

I think most gamblers feel this way if they've been playing long enough. I know I seem to go through cycles where the books I can/can't beat change.

I this one of Murphy's Laws? I can start with the same amount in 2 books, and divide my bets evenly between them (unless one has a better #) Fast forward. I'm sending money from one to the other that has zero in it.

That is what I do enjoy about this site. Stories only fellow gamblers could understand. I am in the same boat, I beat the heck out of one of my local books that he actually called me a "wise guy" and turned me off. He didn't know I was taking his money and giving it to a 2nd book , who I couldn't beat if he let me games after the 3rd quarter. Brutal !!! Quirky how that works.
