PRE-RANKING PLAYERS
We recommend that all managers take advantage of our pre-rank feature. If
you are signed up for a live draft, it is still a good idea to use this
feature as these rankings will be used to pick players if you cannot make
it to part or all of your draft.

When you do rank, it is important to remember that you do not want to rank
players position by position (e.g., all quarterbacks, then all running
backs, etc.).

The goal is to set up one master list where you rank players relative to
one another regardless of position. With this master list, you will select
your top-rated player as long as he is available and you have an open
roster spot.

Until you change the rankings, they will default to our predetermined
order. If you are happy with that order, you do not need to re-rank
players.

Also, please remember that you do not need to rank all of the players.
Anyone left unranked will be added to the end of your rank list according
to the default rankings. So, if you rank only 20 players -- and most
managers rank at least this many -- player 21 automatically defaults to
the best player left based on our default rankings, player 22 is the
second best, etc.

If you wish to exclude a player from draft consideration without ranking
players ahead of him, you may highlight the player's name and click the
left arrow to move him to the Excluded Players list. Excluded players will
not be drafted under any circumstances, provided that there are enough
available players remaining to fill your roster.

AUTODRAFT
When you are unable to draft for yourself, our computer system will make
intelligent choices for you. This will happen if you signed up for an
Autopick League or are not present for all or part of your Live Draft.

The autopick system first selects the highest-rated available player
(based first on your pre-rankings and then our default rankings) that can
fill one of the open starting positions on your roster.

After all of your starting positions are filled, the system determines a
list of bench positions based on the number of starters at a position vs.
the overall roster size. The system then selects the highest-rated
available player (based first on your pre-rankings and then our default
rankings) that can play one of the bench positions.

Given this system, it is important to remember that all starting positions
are filled before any bench players are chosen. Additionally, keep in mind
that the system will determine a maximum number of players to draft per
position (starters plus bench) so that no roster ends up with an
inordinate number of players at any single position (e.g., five
quarterbacks in a league that has a single starting quarterback).

Regardless of your league type, it is wise for all managers to pre-rank
players in case they miss any part of the draft. To do this, just go to
your team page and select Edit Pre-Rankings.

Also, please note that if you join a Public Autopick League, you may end
up being placed in a live draft league in need of players. If this does
happen, your team will still be autopicked by our computers.
=============================
I'm going to set the draft up for Tuesday Sept. 7th. This way, all
preseason games are finished and we'll know of injuries ahead of time. If
you have any questions about the above topics, please log on to Yahoo.com
and go to sports then Fantasy.
