Off Shore Betting

Someone please give me some input.
I have a running argument which may very well end up in a legal case with and against PayPal. Leaving out the details and getting to the point is this. I believe, despite the recent Supreme Court ruling on the State of New Jersey's lawsuit regarding sports betting, offshore gambling is still illegal. PayPal tells me that it is not illegal to bet offshore.
The reason I ask is this. If offshore gambling is illegal then PayPal is complicint is being the "middleman" when Sportbetfunding and other money suppliers sends bettors money through paypal to offshore casinos.
I realize that this really is an issue that I should take up with an attorney but I would like to get info from gamblers, first.

that's funny, you got any more info on that, find it very hard to believe
They don't send it with paypal. They accept it from the customer thru paypal, looks like they send it to the books with Bitcoin if you read a little.
"-No need to sign up for Bitcoin exchanges and e-wallets. this is all done on our end so you dont"
"SBF charges the Bitcoin cost at current market rate (approximately $16.00-$18.00).
-SBF collects a $4.95 transaction fee and deposits the net.
-If Bitcoin transfer rate goes down, so does player cost.
-Bitcoin transfer fees have been below $1.00, and recently as high as the mid $20.00s."

I filed a complaint with PayPal about it being an intermediary between the gambler and the books and they did nothing. I was told that what it does is perfectly legal.
No offense, but you come off as mentally unstable
Offense taken!
