Disagree. Within a year, you won't be able to "legally" play DFS in any state.

Black market will take over DFS
If chance is a "material aspect" of the gambling it can be considered illegal gambling under NY state law, even if there is skill involved. I think NY has a pretty strong case. The fantasy sites obviously feel their case is strong too, considering they are fighting it.
They better win the legal tussle or the finances might run out. Advertising and legal expenses might break them. I can see Wraps shorting now.
