If u like Romney, wait. Odds on him will get better during DNC. Bookmaker/CRIS went from -187 to -200 yesterday.

Also, Rasmussen is not liberal, by any means. Real Clear Politics is a good, broad sample.

Jobs number being shit will probably offset any bounce Obama was gonna get. Romney has a good rallying point this weekend, just keep bringing up JOBS!

Political experts might begin taking an interest in betting soon enough.

BetOnline released Electoral College odds on Friday, offering lines for six “swing states,” including Colorado, Florida, North Carolina, Ohio, Virginia and Wisconsin.

The 2012 U.S. Presidential election is still two months away, and many states—Ohio, in particular—are still far from being decided. Nonetheless, Democrats are listed as the favorite in five of the six states being offered and are 1-to-2 favorites in four of them.

The biggest runaway:*Wisconsin. Democrats are currently a -350 favorite. That’s not good for Republicans, but perhaps Vice Presidential candidate Paul Ryan—a Wisconsin-born Congressman—can help swing momentum.

Republicans are listed as a -220 favorite to win North Carolina.

    Odds courtesy of BetOnline

    Colorado
    Republican +190
    Democratic -240

    Florida
    Republican +140

    North Carolina
    Republican -220
    Democratic +180

    Ohio
    Republican +190
    Democratic -240

    Virginia
    Republican +190

I think I will bet a ton on Obama. That way if he wins I will have something to be happy about!

I would take the dog in every one of those, except Ohio. Think all of the others are within the margin of error.

Also see that Dems won Wisc in 2000 and 2004 by less than 1%.

Good call Strick, I didn't even see that one. Bush took it by more than 12% both times.

I am only at Heritage and 5D right now and neither has electoral props.

States evolve. Just like how we used to not let blacks or women vote, they do now. Just like how we used to not let gays marry. Oh sorry. Sore subject.

Doubt the turnout by the blacks is as high this time around. They were promised a lot and have received very little.

Actually I think the GOP stance is that the blacks have gotten too much.

Maybe it is their stance. Disability rolls have surged and more on food stamps now than ever before. Still, all that hope and change bs has fallen flat. Unemployment for blacks at ridiculous levels. Government assistance will never get u out of poverty. It just keeps the peace. I am not a republican but mostly vote that way. All I care about is the economy.

Ok. I am for abortion, think we should heavily regulate gun ownership, and could care less if gays marry. Romney is much better for this economy than Barry. If u don't think that then you have been conned. Obama has no idea what he is doing with jobs and the economy. All of his economic team has quit, except geithner, who he has had to beg to stay on more than one occasion.

I have to quote this before it goes away. This is exactly the kind of hatred minorities are against in this country. Pretty sad not to mention the obvious lack of education that far too many have in this country including this poster.

Yes I have a lack of education plese. Great quote. I have nothing against minorities in this counrty of ours the usa. I was in the military 11 years and they would have died for me as much as I would have died for them its just that the fabric of american society is too much of a change with obama with the gays and lesbians being allowed to marry. This is too much for us to withstand now. What will the next 4 years bring? You can marry your dog?

People don't realize that the people on the bottom of the totem pole get fucked the hardest with regulation. Banks just pass the costs to their customers.

Not a fan of history eh? Read up on George Wallace, Bull Connor, Poll taxes and other democratic party outreaches to the black population. once given the right to vote, blacks overwhelming voted republican until the 60's and 70's. That was when the dems figured it was easier to turn them into a victim class with the republicans as the cause of all their ills. Closing in on 50 years of the dems 'helping' the black community. how is that working out?

    Finished our positions.

Pending 11/6/12 6:00am Politics Other Sports 1002 Mitt Romney wins 2012 election +235* vs Barack Obama wins 2012 election

We are sitting at +183 now.

Just did a small amount of research and cannot understand the disconnect. barry has huge disapproval number, the majority of people still want obamacare rolled back, 72% of Americans favor free speech over possible offending other cultures, economy in the shitter, yet the guy is polling just 2 points behind romney. wait, romney is leading? oh.

Next math question: Strike price for the Arb?
