Well, my undefeated week sure went to hell quick. Cincy upset Clev. and I
knew that their having Narron as a new manager was trouble but just
couldn't avoid going against Milton. Wrong. Then my Under out in Denver
was the biggest over of the Day. Oh well, today looks much better and now
I'm 5-2-1 for the week and 19-10-1 for the past 12 days and YTD 86-50-3.
Today my early pick is the Red Sox over Philly as the Sox are Red Hot
right now and have put together 5 straight games with 19 or more Total
Bases and scored 8 to 10 runs in 4 of their last 5. Philly has lost 5 of
their last 6 and have a 3and 6 pitcher going against an 8 and 1 pitcher.
All Boston.
Then, I love the Under in the SD/Seattle game with Sele and Peavy going at
it. Peavy owns the Mariners and Sele has had some good games lately.
Don't know who's going to win so the Under is the bet for me.
Would normally take Santana versus Ohka but the Twins in a real funk
lately so going to pass on Santana but his road record is outstanding and
Ohka isn't much.
