Why has http://www.donbest.com/ been down the last couple of days?

    Well that is very dumb as far as a end user is concerned. I would think <br>they would have changed their DNS to go to their new IP. Terrible web <br>management on their part. They wil probbaly get bumped from any search <br>engines their were in two. You try the domain and it goes to "page cannot <br>be displayed", LOL

    If they changed the address of their homepage, it can take up to 72 hours <br>for the changes to propagate through DNS servers worldwide. I don't know <br>if that's the issue, but it sounds like a possibility.

    Sure I understand propagation, but why in the world would the old hosting <br>location be dead. That is just plain dumb!

    I just went there from my bookmarked/saved link in Mozilla and it came <br>right up.

    Like letitride mentioned all bookmarks and the regular domain will work <br>now that it has propagated. It is just very strang they would allow <br>themsleves downtime for those couple of days.
