12 hungarian peppers<br>2 carrots peeled and cut into sticks<br>1 lg. onion perferably vidalia peeled and cut in quarters<br>3 cloves of elephant garlic <br>1/2 Tbsp kosher salt<br>1/4 Tbsp white pepper<br>2 lime<br>8 Tbsp red wine or white vinegar<br>pot of water on stove, bring to simmer.<br>slice peppers in half and seed them. (use plastic gloves to do this or <br>your dick will burn the next time you take a leak)<br>place pepper halves in water and cook for 1 1/2 minutes in simmering water.<br>take out and drain<br>put onion, carrots and garlic in same water and cook til tender 20 minutes.<br>drain all and put all ingredients in blender, squeeze limes and add white <br>pepper, salt and vinegar.<br>use the chop button on the blender at first stopping and scraping all back <br>down into bottom,<br>once all is combine, switch to blend and run for 30 seconds until there <br>are just mini chunks and some puree.<br>refrigerate and use on whatever you want, hot dogs, brats, hamburgers or <br>even taking some olive oil and pepper mix ina 50/50 blend and basting <br>meats, chicken, chops on the grill<br>hope this serves your culinary needs!!!

    Should i use that same receipe to can them. Or do you have one for that.
