My thoughts were these, 1-he looks like he could throw hard and 2- the plate doesn't move.
Yeah, but about 10 inches of that plate will get you killed. He's not accurate enough to step on the mound and throw darts on the black(and he is way too stiff). He needed to mix in a few stretches between sets in the weight room.
My recommendation would be to try team handball. That's not a knock. That's the one Olympic sport, besides the traditional US sports basketball and golf, that I would like to try. He size, physicality and arm strength may be great out there. Maybe he can start a handball revolution in the US.

He's too stiff to play baseball. Every pitcher alive will see that swing and pound him inside.
