Can you explain why you and a few others feel the need to start new threads monthly, and others weekly? It's like trying to fit two dicks in one coke bottle to piss, it's just uncalled for and awkward.

You're of course welcome to your opinion, but just so everyone is clear, it's perfectly acceptable to use weekly, monthly, or season-long threads.
FWIW, I personally don't have much of a preference. I think one benefit of starting new threads either weekly or monthly is to keep the thread from getting incredibly long in case anyone (including the OP) wants to go back through the thread in search of something.
Also, and my apologies for violating this myself, this is the Picks Only forum. You really should have posted this as a stand alone topic in the General forum.
thank you goats. i didn't notice any sort of consistency between the other posters. i play any and all markets so i thought putting them all together for the month would be the most convenient. i agree it makes it easier to search back for certain plays. some forum software has a habit of running slow if the thread is ginormous. not saying that's the case here. just playing it safe. sorry for any drama i may have caused.
i decided i will keep a separate record for nba team totals. the records above are for sides/totals, team totals, and then everything combined.
Sorry for not chiming in sooner but I agree TT's should be kept separately. One request, could you just put TT or something in front of your TT record so it's clear what "nba 6-4 +1.6u --- 6-0 +6u --- 12-4 +7.6u" means? It won't be obvious if someone hasn't read your above explanation and obviously you don't want to have to repeat it. I'd do something like this, but the formatting isn't really important...
cbb 34-21 +10.9u
nba 6-4 +1.6u
nba tt's 6-0 +6u
nba total 12-4 +7.6u
Thanks for taking the time to both follow the guidelines and maintain a transparent record. Not only will it help anyone interested in your plays (one of the main reasons we have guidelines), but it makes the mods' job a lot easier. Continued success!
P.S. You might also consider separating out your 2H's. I've always felt the more a record is broken down the better. Once a sample size starts to become relevant, it helps indicate if a capper is stronger in certain markets than others.

goats, thank you for taking the time to provide feedback. i will add tt so it is clear what the reocord is for. your formatting looks great, i think i will just do it that way like you mentioned once my sample size is relevant i will start breaking it down. there just aren't enough plays right now for any of it to mean anything. have a good one
