FWIW, I received my payout from FTP via the DOJ today (as promised by both the the FTP Claims website and an e-mail I received earlier this week).
It took almost 3 years and my paltry 3-figure balance may or may not have played a role (I haven't followed this situation closely in quite a while since I had relatively little $ tied up and was always a recreational poker player who eked out nothing more than a small profit for entertainment, plus I had far more money at Stars).
I'm sure there is way more info and discussion at 2+2 and this isn't noteworthy to the serious poker players we have here at BT, but just figured I would share the news nonetheless.
