Question on game time start

Is there a web site that will tell you exactly what time a game started?

Example... The vcu-temple had a game time of 12 pm, but it didnt start until 12:08pm?

Funny I was thinking the same thing the other day they use to do it now I can't find a one. If I remember correctly I think they still do it for baseball. 5 dimes is great with that though I've bet with them as they were tipping off.
