I am using RAS and Stevie's plays. I have been using this local sinse September.
My local's runner called me yesterday and he asked me about my plays? He asked if I'm using a service? I said, why would you think that?
You had a great week and your plays are some small schools" North Dakota, Montana"..... How the fuck you betting these schools?" He said
"I have whales call me up and place a bet and 5 minutes later, ur online placing the same team before the line moves, that's not normal". He said
I denied that I was using any service and I said that I have direct tv and I follow a lot of college bball. I have 3 locals, so with this guy I have 1000 a game limit. He didn't care about what I said, he dropped my college bball games to 500 a game anyway.
What I thought was interesting is that he said he has guys call him up to put in a big play and I would put my plays in 5 minutes later online. I always use the RAS and stevie countdown page and I have my plays in with 1 minute of release.
Do you thing certain guys get access to these plays before the rest of the subscribers do? Or am I reading too much into what he said?

Your reading too much into it. Unless someone has hacked the site software, the only person playing my picks before the release time is me. Early on, I had a couple games move as the countdown was underway. I entered some fake games, reversed plays, etc, but didn't release them but got nothing, so I assumed it was just a coincidence. Haven't noticed it on a regular basis to make me believe someone hacked the site. No one is getting my plays 5 minutes early.
The real question is if your local identified whales playing him, why doesn't he move the line immediately on their plays?

If whales are really making bets 5 mins earlier, how could you still beat the move?
I got connected through this guy from a business contact. I have never dealt with the runner or the book until the phone call. I would pay or collect though my business contact. He said he is out of Pennsylvania somewhere....He has a good site and a toll free number.
He didn't say I was necessarily beating the number, but I had the same plays of one of his whale clients. There were times I was chasing the lines and there were times I already had the play in before the line movement. Guess he was talking about different games. He just used an example of a few games where the whale called and I put in he plays 5 mins later.
He could be full of shit... Who knows... I just thought it was interesting!!

The guy is a complete idiot, otherwise he'd know exactly whose plays those were and the OP would be tossed.
I am playing other games and sports.. I was playing college football, nfl and now nba. I have also used different amounts as well... Anywhere from 300-1000 a game.
Amazing how dare you win money betting small schools. Reminds me of a conversation I think I had here about AP in Blackjack the first thing I look at if I thing the guy is there how good is he is he being a pig with his bets EX: $25 two spots then $400 two spots an increase of 32 units but what other games is he playing. I used to have a friend in the 80's we dealt craps together He was an excellent Blackjack player and Poker player at that time Caesar's was the Bellagio of today anyway they let him play because he would go to play Poker but most of all he would do 8 hour sessions on a crap game until he was broke. You want to chase this guy.
Don't get me wrong Hook I'm not saying your losing in the other sports I'm saying your giving him a shot at your money betting other sports. He's got no beef his guy is working on a Red/Black figure and your putting his figures in the red. I wonder if the book (Main Guy) taking the action even knows that your limits are cut I'm re-reading it fast but it sounds like you only spoke to the runner if so Call the guy and see if he's aware and tell him I play pretty much everything what seems to be the problem. I'm willing bet unless you spoke to the main guy he doesn't even know.
durito, off topic but are you or were you in Colombia? i remember another board (PF's) where somebody with the same handle who was sharp would often post about wagering. made the connection (or at least thought there might be one) a while back but haven't remembered to ask.
That's one of the many things that amaze me about this business. I have winning weeks and loosing weeks the 5 past months. This weeks I was up a lot of money for one book and I guess that pissed him of a little. You can lose your ass and they give a shit, but once you targ winning, they cut ur limits. Bunch of bullshit!!
The runner told me today he is cutting my limits only on college bball, but he also did on nba and nfl as well. So I just send him a message and I will try to resolve it tomorrow.

yes that was me. i moved back to colorado a few months ago with my family, but yes I lived in Colombia for the last 6 years.
He's probably lucky he's lasted this long.
I got this one guy that I didn't collect from for 4 months, paid in 5-6 times. Never mentions anything about betting soccer. So then last week I finally won and he's bitching about all the "mexican soccer winners". Funny how it didn't matter when they were all losing.
