Stole this from another board but found it interesting.

Since LSU lost at No.7 Tennessee (18-26) on September 29, 2001, here are all of the games, over the last 10 years, with a start time of 6:00 pm (CST) or later, played away from Tiger Stadium....LSU is 30-1 in these last 31 games:

    That is a rather amazing stat, nineteen top-25 opponents in there!

    What could possibly be a reason for that to make it meaningful?

    It would be nice to see how many of those games they were favored in.

    I would be interested to see their daytime record during the same time span. When you're looking for an angle-- everything seems bent.

    I just thought it was interesting. Bama is 25-1 in their last 26 home games so really no angle there. Probably should have clarified that in the original post.

    That stat for LSU spans a heck of a lot of turnover in players

    and some coaches as well.

    Well Miles is 48-4 at night as LSU's head coach. Again not trying to push this as an angle, just thought it was crazy they were 30-1 at night away from home.
