A start maybe but not a very good bill as it allows individual states to opt out if they so choose. Can't imagine any not so choosing unless there is some type of tax revenue 'for the children'. I think the best we can hope for here is that it opens up a way to move money more easily than now.
If the Gov. had any brains at all they would tax poker playing somehow....Wow what a great way for our Goverment to make some money and make all the poker players happy!!!!! Wake up congress
