I don't think that a player at a "21" table who is not playing basic strategy negatively impacts the overall results. However, "third base" not playing basic strategy can be a bit unsettling. Perhaps OT will agree with this.

I and many other dealers used to rent apts. next to the Landmark. So did the show-girls. I'll never forget the scene and opportunity's at the pool. The Landmark burned and that was also the end of the pool scene.
