Ughh it looks like I'm gonna finish in 4th, due to a 3 way tie for 2nd, in which I finish last in the tiebreaker? Because I missed my #9 game? That's horrible if so, the language is pretty ambiguous it says "tiebreaker will be determined by highest rating winning picks" but isnt the whole contest about the highest rating winning picks? we got 10 points for 10, 9 for a 9, etc? So isn't it kind of redundant to say oh because those guys got 10, 9, 8, 7, 6 right, they win the tiebreak? Or am I just misunderstanding and the tiebreaker is really just the highest RATED pick, because we all got our highest rated pick right (a 10), it goes to the 2nd tiebreak, whoever entered first? In which case I'd finish 2nd. Pretty sick for me, to have to sweat a difference of basically $500 on this, on some language that isn't very clear. Either way, enjoyed participating and thanks for doing this.

I read it as being thatt in the event of a tie, match off #10 pick (if one got it right and one wrong, the one getting it correct wins), then #9, then #8, etc down to #1. And if still tied, then it's first to enter. So if you're going to lose 10 points, better to go 6-4 and lose your 4, 3, 2, and 1 point games than to go 9-1 and lose the 10 pointer.
Edit - I think that Tortuga kinda clarified it in this post (a little more clearly than the rules in the 1st post)...
