Anyone know why there is no line for this game? My book (Bookiemarket) had never had a line on this one;
Bookmaker did for a short while, but now again has been pulled down...?....anyone?....anyone?.....Bueller?

    FWIW, 5Dimes has France -2 -128 and -822 on the 3-way line.

    That doesn’t help me though, thanks. And I’m interested in the total, but, again, is there a reason it’s not listed at some places? Especially bookmaker, they’re usually great with early lines.
