    Default Help-- trouble with Bookmaker

I suddenly can't log in to Bookmaker while using Firefox. Chrome works OK--- anyone else have any problems? I've used Firefox for years with no problems until now. I've cleared cache, etc to no avail. Any help will be appreciated.

    Thanks

I don't use Firefox. Chrome is fine w/ BM for me.

Maybe has something to do with the fact they changed their interface this week? Im no computer guru so I'd assume that isn't the reason but figured I'd throw it out there.

Don't know if you are still having the issue but I can log on with Firefox.

Yep--- for some reason it just keeps re-directing me to the log in page. I've tried everything I can think of--- Chrome works, but it'll be a pain to open that just for the 1 website.

    Thanks for your help, guys.

Try deleting and redownloading Firefox or make sure you have the newest updated version of it.

Yeah-- I did that, and made sure there were no ad-blockers on, deleted cookies etc. Just the computer gremlins, I guess. After messing with it for hours--- now it works about 75% of the time.

    Thanks all for your help.
