Sad note Wire, Tom Seaver diagnosed with dementia. Unable to attend 50th anniversary of the '69 World Series win.

Very Sad. You can can on one hand how many starts I missed when he pitched at shea. One of my all time top 3 pitchers.

Went to the spring training game Saturday. Wheeler looked great, popping that mit at 96-97mph and curveball looked good. Red Sox were playing most of their starters and did nothing. Doug Flutie was one section over and came up past us as he was leaving. He stopped and was nice enough to take a picture with my mom. Also nice to take a pic with the Sox WS trophy.

I would love to see the Mets stay healthy just one year.

You think? 78 year old Jed Lowrie is already hurt, and Matz canít get out triple A players!
