I love Serena, but cmon she's 30lbs over weight.

30 pounds is being generous. I’d say that much over in one butt cheek. Admittedly, I loathe the woman and her “the whole world is against me” rhetoric.

im old school so I dont like. I think the game should be won by a break. Look at the isner/opelka match this year. all tie breaks. but I do agree it speeds up the game. but tennis never had a time schedule and I don't think it should be that way. I guess the logic is if you can win on a tie break on a non major then why not in a major as well. I just dont know how I feel about it yet.

I have been riding Yastremska for the last month, seems like the lines are catching up with her. The secret is out, she's young and good.

Same here, and I agree that the lines have adjusted. I’ve also gotten a lot of value out of backing Kenin recently, but only after taking some lumps betting against her previously. A lot of diminutive players like her don’t get the respect they deserve. Lauren Davis was another cash cow for a good period of time but she fell off the face of the earth very quickly.

kinda like my love affair with vekic, georges and cornet for some time a while back. out of the new gals. I like the collins, sakkari, kasatkina . Got some value out of them as well as some of the young and old crafty players in certain spots.

Are you at or going to the tournament this year?

The wind has certainly been a factor so far. I made a mental note when watching Van Uytvanck last week that she has an incredibly short backswing and would probably be a good wind player. I forgot all about it until I flipped the TV on to see her playing in heavy wind, and of course she would have been a good play.
