@haralabob just out of curiosity, were you ever asked to invest in a DFS site?

Don’t want it banned. Just want it regulated and for other forms of gambling to be legalized so ppl have choices. https://twitter.com/meroj_/status/651456899909591040

Well If I invested long I wouldn't want it banned either. Poor Bob defending his long position

Very real statement he made. I don't understand the hold up neither

Live Sports betting when you can bet on what will happen each play etc is the future of sports anyways. Not sure what the hold up is

Not sure what the hold up is

bandwidth probably to the poorer communities and server power to sustain all the incoming outgoing data fast enough.

If the next commish of the NFL was pro legalization of sports betting under the premise of integrity of the games by keeping the betting out of the black markets, legalization would happen almost immediately in the US. But the POS Goddell who is wrong on everything he touches is wrong on legal sports betting in the US, and their lobbying efforts help prevent any momentum gained by recent developments. Silver is the man, the MLB/NHL guys seem like could be in favor but not going to be on a soapbox for it. We either need the fantasy hearings to open the doors for sports betting, or the NJ case to be heard en banc and flipped. If they flip that case, federal legislation will happen very quickly because as much as the NFL doesn't want sports betting legalized, its better to have a federal solution instead of the states doing whatever they want "unregulated". I am still not hopeful the dam will break but its so much more likely now than in the past. Weed smokers have a blast in Colorado and medically in many places, Gay marriage is becoming law of the land, someday the poor old sports bettor will be liberated. I hope its in my lifetime.
