Would be a nice hit (or probably like finding $20 on the ground for the guy who placed it).

That would be pretty neat but it ain't gonna happen. I wish it would but I just dont see it. Dunno if anyone remembers last year around tourney time their head coaches grandson passed away from a battle with cancer. Needless to say they have a little help from above when you factor in the airplane incident.

That was Lloyd Carr's grandson and it happened in November 2015.

I don't know this guy's MO, but he's a bookmakers dream. He bet on all 32 opening round games at 10dimes a crack. Oh, btw, he blew over a 100k on them.

why let facts get in way of a good story? i think the bracket thread post still takes the cake but this is pretty solid.

I think Derek did that just as a publicity stunt ,an expensive one but one am not so sure was all his money, am just saying. I know the man. The only thing i dont like about him is he closed the shrimp bar at the golden gate, but did promise he will re open it , time will tell.

Exactly, a publicity stunt. It apparently worked because he's got people talking.

I would love to be able to wager in those amounts there.I cant get more then 219 on a 2nd half total there. But they are independent and will at least take a hit although very small
