Apple Watch - Response Times

Just curious if anyone has apple watch and can talk about the response times for texts? Do the service releases get real time releases to the watch or is there a lag? The people at apple forums didn't quite understand my concern on response time...

    I am sure they don't, can you compare it to email receipt? Maybe you could request a test from RAS staff. GL Tom
